Job Description
As an investment manager, your main responsibilities will include:
- Develop and execute investor relations strategies to enhance shareholder value and market perception.
- Serve as the primary liaison between the company, institutional investors, analysts, and shareholders.
- Prepare quarterly earnings presentations, investor materials, annual reports, and other market communications.
- Organize and support earnings calls, roadshows, investor meetings, and capital market events.
- Monitor analyst reports, consensus estimates, peer performance, and market trends.
- Conduct financial analysis, valuation assessments, and shareholder targeting activities.
- Provide management with insights on investor sentiment, market expectations, and competitive positioning.
- Support equity and debt financing transactions, M&A activities, and other strategic initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with disclosure regulations and stock exchange requirements.
- Collaborate with Finance, Strategy, Legal, and Corporate Communications teams on external messaging.
A successful candidate should have:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related discipline.
- 10+ years of experience in Investment Banking, Equity Research, Corporate Finance, or Capital Markets.
- Prior experience in a leading investment bank, equity research firm, or buy-side investment institution preferred.
- Strong understanding of financial statements, valuation methodologies, and capital markets.
- Experience building financial models and analyzing company performance.
- Proven ability to engage with institutional investors, fund managers, and research analysts.
- CFA, MBA, CPA, or equivalent professional qualification is an advantage.
