This role is focused on identifying emerging market trends ahead of broader recognition and translating them into actionable investment insights. The ideal candidate will be energized by market research, portfolio analysis, and supporting the investment team through thoughtful, data-driven recommendations.

Roles & Responsibilities
1. Source, research and recommend new investment ideas, themes, and emerging market trends ahead of squawk box
2. Research, monitor, and make recommendations on existing portfolio holdings, with a focus on identifying shifts in market dynamics
3. Perform due diligence on investment managers, funds and other investment vehicles
4. Utilize research platforms and analytical tools to perform fundamental analysis and translate findings into clear, actionable insights
5. Participate in quarterly Best Execution Committee meetings
6. Provide research and support to facilitate monthly investment committee meetings
7. Maintain, optimize and enhance investment research software and tools
8. Provide support on trading functions as needed
Requirements
Basic Requirements
Certified Financial Analyst (preferred or working towards)
Bachelor’s Degree
7 – 10 years of investment research and analysis experience
Team-oriented mindset with strong collaboration skills
Attention to detail, organized, well-spoken, and strong analytical skills
