Description

We are currently working with an investment platform, and they are looking for a Senior Business Development Manager to join their team in Singapore.

This is a front-office, revenue-generating role focused on developing relationships with family offices, external asset managers (EAMs), private banks and other wealth management intermediaries across Asia.

The successful candidate will play a key role in helping partners access differentiated private market opportunities and bespoke investment solutions. The team is looking for commercially driven individuals who enjoy business development, relationship building and working directly with decision-makers to identify opportunities and solve client challenges.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and expand relationships with family offices, EAMs, private banks and other wealth management partners across Asia.
• Build and convert a pipeline of new business opportunities through direct outreach, referrals and market-driven business development activities.
• Partner with internal investment and operations teams to deliver tailored private market and investment solutions aligned with client requirements.
• Lead commercial discussions, manage strategic partnerships and drive revenue growth across the firm's distribution network.
• Represent the firm across industry events, client meetings and regional business development initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience within private banking, wealth management, EAMs, family offices, institutional sales, capital raising or alternative investments.
• Demonstrated track record of winning new business, opening doors with decision-makers and building long-term commercial relationships.
• Strong understanding of wealth management, private markets, alternative investments or investment solutions.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate independently in a lean and fast-paced environment.
• Mandarin language capability would be advantageous given the regional client and partner coverage.
