Description

1. Develop and maintain client relationships in accordance with the bank's policies and procedures.
2. Meet the bank's objectives on CITICdiamond business targets & plans
3. Acquire and grow high net worth customer base effectively through MGM and business networking and seek business referrals.
4. Manage and monitor client accounts on an ongoing basis in order to understand changing investment needs and objectives and to coordinate portfolio solutions.
5. Maintain a close working relationship with Products & Portfolio Specialist teams to ensure the continued viability of client objectives and to ensure coordination of a client's overall strategies and needs.
6. Actively participate in marketing and promotional activities for customer acquisition and relationship building including client seminars etc.
7. Understand the level of risk associated with all products and services and ensure that all relevant information are disclosed to clients.
8. Assist supervisor to implement and to execute strategic plans; and actively engage in business development activities.
9. Ensure compliance with account opening requirements on CDD and KYC; and Review relevant MIS reports to identify suspicious transactions in a timely manner.
10. Comply with anti-money laundering and counter terrorist financing controls in accordance with regulatory standards and CNCBI policies.
11. Establishes oneself as a trusted advisor by participating in customer's decision-making process, as appropriate.

1. Acquire and grow the Mainland Chinese high net worth individual customer base through networking activities with CITIC Group to enhance the customer referral effectiveness.
2. Assist in educating and coaching CITIC Bank Bankers about CITIC Bank International's Wealth Management products and services.
3. Perform annual review of high risk / unsuitable customers timely.
4. Proactively maintain business relationship with individuals who satisfy the banks' standards of suitability and who meet the banks 'Wealth Criteria'
5. Provide additional Investment Services, including Portfolio Allocation Service to customers.

1. Upgrade and convert selected existing customers into CITICdiamond customer by promoting Diamond proposition to customers.

1. Degree Holder in Business Administration or related disciplines
2. Possess CFP / CFA / HKRFP qualification as well as IIQAS and other required qualifications under SFC for selling insurance and investment products.
3. Minimum 4 years of relevant banking experiences in serving high net worth individual customers in retail bank or private bank.
4. Familiar with KYC and account documentation with knowledge of wealth management products.
5. Familiar with wealth management knowledge including retail banking practices and products, sales and marketing, risk assessment and credit analysis.
6. Good knowledge in risk assessment and credit analysis.
7. Good interpersonal, problem solving and communication skills.
8. Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua).
