Your new role
Reporting to the Group MD directly
Key responsibilities include:

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting processes across APAC entities
• Drive budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning activities
• Partner with country leaders and operational stakeholders to provide commercial insights and decision support
• Analyse business performance, profitability, revenue trends, and key financial metrics
• Deliver management reporting and presentations for regional leadership and headquarters
• Ensure compliance with IFRS, local statutory requirements, and internal controls
• Oversee balance sheet reviews, cash flow management, and working capital performance
• Coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, and shared service teams
• Identify process improvement opportunities and support finance transformation initiatives
• Lead and mentor finance team members across the region where required
• Support strategic projects including business expansion, system implementation, and M&A activities

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related disciplines
• Qualified Accountant (CPA, ACA, ACCA, CA or equivalent)
• 10 years of progressive finance experience, preferably within professional services, consulting, legal, recruitment, technology services, or similar people-driven businesses
• Proven ability to manage multiple countries and cross-border stakeholders
• Advanced Excel and financial systems knowledge
• Experience with ERP systems, BI tools, and reporting platforms preferred
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Fluent English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) are required
