Description

The Property Manager is responsible for the overall administration, operation, and regulatory compliance of assigned housing developments. This position requires demonstrated experience in property management, strong leadership capability, and strict adherence to U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) regulations and organizational policies. The Property Manager is accountable for maintaining occupancy standards, operational efficiency, and property condition at all times.

Requirements

Minimum of 3 years of verifiable property management experience required
Demonstrated knowledge of HUD regulations and compliance requirements strongly preferred
Bachelor’s Degree preferred; equivalent combination of education and relevant experience may be considered
