The ideal profile
- Bachelor's Degree in, Accounting/ Finance or related fields is preferred.
- 7 to 10 years of experience, including 5+ years with construction.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, practices, and standards
- Proficiency in use of MS Office and accounting software.
- Excellent command of English {Reading- Writing and Speaking).
And responsible for the following:
- Analyze financial data and performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on financial analysis,
- Prepare and present financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash-flow statements.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
- Communicate financial information to stakeholders, including investors, management, and external auditors.
- Manage cash-flow and liquidity to meet operational needs and financial obligations. Monitor banking activities and oversee cash management processes.
- Identify and assess financial risks,
- Develop risk mitigation strategies and internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure compliance.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, accounting standards, and internal policies.
- Coordinate financial audits and provide support to auditors.
- Manage and mentor a team of financial.
- Provide guidance, training, and support to develop employees' skills and competencies.
- Foster a culture of accountability, integrity, and continuous improvement within the finance department.
