Portfolio Community Association Manager
Beacon Management Services is hiring a Portfolio Community Association Manager for the Huntsville/North Alabama area.
The Portfolio Manager will oversee a portfolio of homeowner and condominium associations, working directly with boards of directors, homeowners, vendors, and internal support staff. Responsibilities include board communication, meeting preparation, property inspections, covenant compliance, vendor coordination, work orders, financial review, budget support, homeowner communication, and association record management.
Qualified candidates should have strong communication skills, excellent organization, attention to detail, professional judgment, and the ability to manage multiple communities and deadlines. Prior HOA, condominium, property management, or community association experience is preferred.
CMCA, AMS, PCAM, or Vantaca experience is a plus, but not required for the right candidate willing to learn and pursue industry certification.
This is a full-time position based in Huntsville, Alabama. Compensation depends on experience and qualifications. Resume required.
