About our client

Our client is a large global investment institution looking to add a portfolio manager to their dynamic and well capitalised platform in Abu Dhabi. This is an exciting opportunity for a senior investment professional to focus on asset and portfolio management across a global portfolio of secondary investments. Full relocation to Abu Dhabi is required. What the job involves

• Develop portfolio construction tools, dashboards, and analytical frameworks
• Support the implementation of portfolio construction strategies across secondary investments, ensuring diversification by strategy, sector, vintage, and geography
• Participate in the evaluation and execution of new investment opportunities across GP-led and LP-led Secondaries
• Idea generation with consideration of relevant macro and industry trends in accordance with the secondaries mandate
• Support value creation initiatives including portfolio optimizations and capital structure considerations

Who we are looking for

• Seasoned investment professional with a strong understanding of private market structures, including LP interests, co-investments, and structured secondary transactions
• Experience across portfolio analytics, valuation, performance measurement, and risk assessment
• Ability to clearly communicate insights to senior stakeholders
• Strong academic background from a reputable university
