Job Summary

The mission of this position is to drive strategic portfolio excellence across Limitless Naturals by ensuring disciplined prioritization, effective portfolio governance, and data-driven decision-making, fueling the organization's growth through a high-value, scalable, and competitive innovation pipeline aligned with business strategy and market opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead portfolio prioritization and sequencing decisions across innovation initiatives.

• Evaluate new product opportunities through structured assessment frameworks.

• Drive portfolio trade-off recommendations including acceleration, reprioritization, or discontinuation decisions.

• Monitor portfolio capacity, identify bottlenecks, and ensure balanced resource allocation.

• Maintain an integrated portfolio dashboard and portfolio visibility for leadership teams.

• Conduct pre & post-launch portfolio performance reviews and generate actionable insights.

• Facilitate cross - functional portfolio governance and decision-making forums.

• Ensure alignment between innovation strategy, market needs, and country requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Science, Business Administration, or a related field; an MBA is preferred.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in pharmaceutical or nutraceutical marketing, portfolio management, category management, or innovation.
• Proven experience managing diverse product portfolios within the Egyptian market; exposure to the Middle East region is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated track record in portfolio assessment, prioritization, lifecycle management, and innovation pipeline management.
• Hands-on experience utilizing IQVIA and/or other consumer market intelligence databases to drive business decisions.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Excellent ability to prioritize initiatives, manage multiple projects, and execute with discipline in a fast-paced environment.
