Description

As Portfolio Manager, you will play a key role in shaping and steering our commercial initiative portfolio. You will work closely with leaders, product teams, and stakeholders to ensure strategic alignment, transparency and effective decision-making.

What you'll do

• Drive portfolio planning, prioritization, and steering across business units
• Create transparency on business impact, outcomes, risks, and dependencies
• Partner with stakeholders across the organization to enable evidence-based decision-making
• Support leadership with meaningful insights, portfolio analyses, and recommendations
• Continuously improve portfolio management processes and leverage modern technologies, including AI-enabled solutions, to increase efficiency and effectiveness
• Facilitate alignment on different flight levels
• Foster a culture of accountability, value creation, and continuous improvement

Requirements
What you'll need

• First experience in portfolio management, PMO, project management, business operations, strategy, or a related field
• Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills paired with a pragmatic, hands-on attitude
• Curiosity about AI, digital technologies, and innovative ways of working

• A solid understanding of how business decisions translate into measurable impact and outcomes
• The ability to understand processes end-to-end and identify opportunities for optimization
• Fluency in English. German preferred
• Understands that portfolio management is about creating value, not maintaining spreadsheets
• A strong sense for what truly matters to the business
