The Portfolio Business Customer Supply Manager (CSuM) is responsible for managing end-to-end supply chain operations for Microwave (MW) products and services, including demand and supply planning, order management, sourcing, delivery, and invoicing. The role ensures timely order fulfillment, mitigates supply risks, supports SOx compliance, and drives continuous process improvements to deliver a high level of customer service.

Based in Saudi Arabia, this position works closely with MW customers and stakeholders to support business needs and ensure operational excellence across the local market.

Responsibilities

• Follow up orders all products (HW, SW, Services), booking and invoicing.
• Contributes to logistics planning - order intake and revenue execution, inventory Latest Estimates (LE), resourcing.
• Contributes to supply chain processes and execution, profitability and efficiency meeting accurate and timely services and high performance in services to customer operations / customers both in terms of quality and cost efficiency.
• Contributes to logistics execution process to meet the CT and Delivery Operations business targets (includes monitor and control).
• Performs SOx audits, and prepares for order: Collects the demand planning, roll-out planning and customer purchase order info from CTs and projects and follow an execution plan for consignment stock in the country.
• Manages inventory: Monitors inventory Latest Estimates (LE) in central consignment location to ensure adequate stock levels.
• Works with substantial discretion and uses specialist knowledge, analytical skills, judgment and experience to solve complex problems and to contribute to process improvements.
• Assesses and tracks supply risks and challenges.

Qualifications

Must Have:

• Fluent in Arabic and English, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and stakeholders.
• Proven experience in supply chain, logistics, order management, or customer/business operations.
• Strong focus on quality, accuracy, and operational efficiency.
• Demonstrated ability to take initiative, solve problems, and drive issues to resolution.
• Ability to work independently while adapting to a dynamic and changing business environment.

Nice to Have:

• Experience within the telecommunications industry.
• Familiarity with Microwave (MW) products and solutions.
• Knowledge of demand and supply planning, inventory management, and supply chain processes.
• Understanding of trade compliance, SOx controls, and supply risk management.
• Experience working with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
