Raya Smart Buildings is hiring for the following role that is located in EL Sheikh Zayed, 6th of October City:

• Lead Project Planning: Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets for all MEP, Structural, and Architectural projects.
• Drive Execution: Coordinate and lead internal teams, external contractors, and consultants to ensure smooth, on-time project execution.
• Ensure Compliance: Guarantee strict adherence to all local building codes, sustainability standards, and energy efficiency requirements
• Manage Retail Delivery: Oversee property upgrades, expansions, and complex tenant fit-out projects for retail spaces.
• Quality Control: Monitor project progress and enforce rigorous quality control measures across all deliverables
• Vendor Management: Select, manage, and hold accountable all contractors, suppliers, and service providers
• Stakeholder Relations: Maintain strong relationships with tenants and stakeholders to effectively address project needs and expectations.
• Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify technical and scheduling risks and implement effective mitigation strategies
• Financial Reporting: Track project costs, control the budget, and prepare regular progress and financial reports for senior management

Skills Description

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• PMP Certificate
• Minimum 7-10 years in project management, with strong MEP background
• At least 3 years in management position
• Experience in commercial real estate development or smart building projects
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems, building codes, and sustainability standards.
• Excellent project management, budgeting, and negotiation skills
• Leadership and team management
• Problem-solving and decision-making
• Communication and stakeholder engagement
• Attention to detail and quality focus
• Location of the job is in 6th of October city and requires site visits out of office
