Role Summary
A leading content- and IP-driven integrated media, entertainment, sports, and travel technology group is seeking a Manager, Finance Business Partner, FP&A. Following recent expansion and structural changes, this role will partner closely with the General Manager to drive business performance, lead financial planning, and support strategic decision-making across a growing sports and entertainment portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

1. Act as a strategic finance partner to the General Manager and department heads, providing commercial insights and decision support for new initiatives, partnerships, and events.
2. Lead the annual budgeting process, rolling forecasts, and long-range financial planning, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
3. Develop and monitor KPIs, dashboards, and management reports to track performance across sports marketing, entertainment events, and travel-related portfolios.
4. Build financial models to evaluate new business opportunities, market entry strategies, event profitability, and partnership deals; provide scenario analysis and risk assessments.
5. Identify cost-saving opportunities and drive operational efficiency while supporting growth objectives.
6. Enhance FP&A processes, reporting tools, and system integration to support ongoing expansion and organizational development.

Requirements

1. Minimum 5-8+ years of experience in FP&A, business partnering, or related finance roles, ideally with exposure to retail, travel, entertainment, or multi-brand environments.
2. Professional qualification required (CPA or CFA).
3. Strong financial modelling, budgeting, forecasting, and data analytics skills (e.g. Power BI, Tableau). Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite, Oracle, SAP) is an advantage.
4. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights for non-finance stakeholders.
5. Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
6. Proactive, commercially minded, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
