Key Requirements

• Proven experience in investment operations, covering settlements, cash, reconciliations, pricing, corporate actions, and collateral
• Strong issue resolution and control mindset, ensuring timely break management and SLA adherence
• Experience supporting investment manager/account onboarding and operational readiness
• Exposure to system and process change, including UAT and implementation support
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across custodians, investment managers, and internal teams
• Broad understanding of multiple asset classes (derivatives, equities, fixed income)

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 7 years' experience in Investment Operations, Middle Office, Asset Servicing, Custody, Collateral Management, or Trade Support within financial institutions, asset managers, or insurance firms.
• Professional certifications such as CFA, CIPM, or equivalent are advantageous but not mandatory.
• Strong systems' proficiency, including Bloomberg (multiple modules) and familiarity with investment platforms such as Aladdin, Reuters, IDC, or other market data providers.
• Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken) with proven ability to operate in a global, cross-functional environment.
