Angsana Fund Management Pte Ltd (AFM) is a MAS-licensed fund management company managing multi-asset portfolios on behalf of institutional investors. We operate as a lean and collaborative team. You will work closely with senior management and the Board, with broad exposure and real ownership. This is an opportunity for an intellectually curious, self-driven and hands-on investment professional who wants to deepen expertise and contribute beyond job scope.

The Role

You will lead manager research, investment due diligence and portfolio oversight across public and private markets. The role also includes preparing recommendations, monitoring manager performance and risks, and contributing to portfolio analytics and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

1. Source, evaluate and conduct due diligence on external investment managers.
2. Assess investment strategies, portfolio construction, risk management and organisational capabilities.
3. Prepare clear investment recommendations for Management and the Board.
4. Monitor manager performance, portfolio risks and mandate compliance.
5. Analyse market developments and identify emerging opportunities.
6. Improve portfolio monitoring, manager evaluation and investment processes.

What We Are Looking For

1. At least 5 years of relevant investment experience in institutional asset management, fund management, endowment, pension, sovereign wealth, family office or investment consulting.
2. Hands-on experience in manager research, investment due diligence, manager selection and portfolio monitoring.
3. Strong analytical, critical thinking and communication skills, with the ability to distil complex information into clear, actionable insights.
4. Self-driven, proactive team player with intellectual curiosity, professionalism and strong attention to detail.
5. Demonstrated adaptability and flexibility to thrive in a lean, dynamic environment, with the ability to manage evolving priorities and contribute effectively beyond defined responsibilities.
6. CFA, CAIA or equivalent preferred.
