My client is looking for Investment Counsellor/advisor VP/D

Requirements

Multi-asset product coverage (structured products , equity derivatives (HK & US stocks), FICC, futures )

• Serve as an expert on equity markets and multi-asset solutions; translate complex market insights into actionable investment themes and high-conviction trading ideas.

• Design and review tailored investment proposals, with a specific focus on direct equity positioning, thematic baskets, and equity-linked structured products.

• Conduct in-depth research on the business needs and compliance requirements of PWM and fintech clients

• Formulate the overseas distribution strategy for on-exchange trading and over-the-counter market products across

structure notes, fixed income securities, mutual funds, and hedge fund mandates, enhancing the brand's influence in the

B2C and B2B markets

• Lead strategic partnerships (global platforms, structure product issuers, fund managers and distributors) and manage key

accounts to deepen penetration and retention

• Provide client solutions and product fit via research-led insights, performance narrative, custom mandates, asset allocation proposals, and portfolio advisory

• Perform professional product training to internal business development and marketing teams with product strategies, key

selling points, and compliance essentials to enhance the expertise and effectiveness of the sales force

• Drive the optimization of risk management & compliance across product design, product governance, disclosures,

operational services, and cross-border marketing processes according to the market experiencev

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Banking, Finance, or a related field.
2. Strong knowledge of investment products.
3. At least 8 years of experience in wealth management, with exposure to client-facing roles, and a proven track record as an Equity Specialist, IC, or Buy-side Analyst.
4. Strong market awareness and interpersonal skills.
5. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and under pressure.
6. Knowledge of Bloomberg and proficiency in advanced MS Excel.

Fluency in Mandarin is MUST.
