Description
Opportunity to join a leading UK property investment platform as an Investment Analyst based in London with significant capital to deploy- Broad investment exposure across corporate, portfolio, direct asset, and joint venture transactions
- Build, review and interpret complex financial models to assess returns, risks, and value drivers
- Prepare concise investment summaries and Investment Committee material
- Conduct market, sector and asset-level research to support investment decisions
- Support transaction execution and liaise with advisors, counterparties, and legal team
- Work closely with senior executives and develop strong internal networks
- Role suited to candidates with 1-2 years' financial modelling experience
- Background in investment banking, Big 4 corporate finance, private equity or investment funds preferred
- Strong analytical, communication and organisational skills required
