The Company

Our client is a foreign bank that is looking to hire an Assistant Relationship Manager to join their growing team. This role is responsible for client servicing, account opening, KYC reviews, investment product support, portfolio reporting, transaction processing, stakeholder management, and relationship manager support.

The Role

• Client servicing: Assist Relationship Managers with day-to-day client requests, account inquiries, and relationship management activities.
• Account opening & documentation: Prepare account opening documents, perform KYC reviews, and ensure client records are maintained accurately.
• Investment & product support: Coordinate investment subscriptions, redemptions, structured products, FX transactions, and other banking services.
• Portfolio monitoring: Support client portfolio reviews, prepare investment reports, and follow up on outstanding actions.
• Stakeholder coordination: Work closely with compliance, operations, legal, product specialists, and onboarding teams to facilitate client transactions and requests.

Your Profile

• 3-7 years of experience in client servicing, sales support, or ARM
• Solid understanding of investment products across different asset classes
• Comfortable using CRM tools; experience with market data platforms is an advantage
• Relevant regulatory qualifications in financial services are preferred
• Strong language skills in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin
• Degree holder in Finance, Business, or a related discipline
