Fixed Income Portfolio Manager

Job Responsibilities

1. Responsible for managing bond portfolios spanning from US rates to investment grade bonds with Asia and Global DM as main focus
2. Accountable and responsible for investment profit & loss
3. Support business development and client management activities as it relates to investment
4. Research skills in top-down macroeconomic analysis with focus on DM central bank policies, inflation and rates market
5. Participate in investment team and client meetings. Participate in relative value discussions, offer rates/duration suggestions, fundamental input on credit trades and offer investment perspective on portfolio construction issues
6. Other ad hoc projects / tasks

Job Requirements

1. Postgraduate degree holder of Economics, Finance or other relevant subjects;
2. With at least 7 years of work experience in the financial industry, out of which at least 4 years managing fixed income portfolios with verifiable track records
3. First class fundamental analysis ability
4. Ability to execute decisions quickly with confidence
5. Market acumen of relevant macroeconomic themes
6. Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
