Your new role

• Manage the full finance function, including payroll, month-end reporting, budgeting, forecasting and statutory compliance.
• Provide commercial analysis, project reporting and financial insights to support executive decision-making.
• Oversee governance, business systems, process improvements and key supplier relationships.
• Support people operations, executive reporting, business development and cross-functional projects.

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience leading finance, operations and corporate services within a professional services or SME environment.
• Strong technical accounting skills across reporting, budgeting, forecasting, payroll, cash flow management and compliance.
• Advanced Xero and Microsoft 365 capability, with a track record of improving systems, controls and business processes.
• Commercially minded and highly organised professional with exceptional stakeholder management, communication and problem-solving skills.
