An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Finance & Administration Manager to join a growing organ Your new companyAn exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Finance & Administration Manager to join a growing organisation and play a key role in driving financial performance, operational efficiency, and strategic outcomes.Reporting directly to the Managing Director and Executive Leadership Team, this position is a pivotal leadership role responsible for overseeing finance, administration, and internal controls while supporting business growth and decision-making. Financial Management & Reporting
- Oversee day-to-day finance operations including AR, AP, payroll, and general ledger
- Prepare and present monthly financial reports (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow)
- Monitor cash flow, budgets, and financial performance
- Support external accountants with BAS and statutory reporting
- Lead the preparation of budgets and multi-year forecasts
- Deliver variance analysis and ongoing performance tracking
- Implement strong financial controls and cost management practices
- Manage banking relationships and liquidity
- Oversee debtor management and minimise credit risk
- Ensure effective cash-in and cash-out processes
- Maintain robust financial controls and governance frameworks
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards
- Manage insurance and financial risk across the business
- Lead administration functions including office operations, procurement, IT coordination, and records management
- Oversee contracts, suppliers, and business insurances
- Manage and develop the administration team
- Partner with the ELT to support business planning and growth initiatives
- Provide commercial insights to influence decision-making
- Proven experience in a senior finance and/or administration leadership role
- Strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, and cash flow management
- Experience managing teams and working with senior stakeholders
- Excellent analytical skills and high attention to detail
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence at executive level
- A proactive, commercial, and solutions-focused mindset
