Finance Manager - Real Estate - OUR CLIENT : is a dominant landowner in the Central London market who own and manage commercial and residential property. They are a well-established firm with a good reputation, and they are now looking for a Finance Manager to take responsibility for financial operations and join the team in London.

THE ROLE REQUIREMENTS for the Finance Manager will include:

1. Taking full responsibility for month end process, including posting journals.
2. Performing balance sheet reconciliations.
3. Reviewing monthly bank reconciliations.
4. Preparing internal monthly reporting including variance analysis.
5. Undertaking initial preparation of monthly Board pack.
6. Preparing the annual statutory accounts.
7. Liaising with the auditors.
8. Preparing quarterly covenant testing and report to bank.
9. Working on the annual budget and quarterly reforecasting.
10. Cashflow forecasting.
11. Preparing VAT returns and information for external advisors.
12. HMRC reporting including CIS returns, ATED.
13. Preparing accounting policies and procedures manual.
14. Understanding of regulations and industry developments and how they will impact the business.

THE PERSON and SKILL REQUIREMENTS

1. Be c1-2 year ACA/ACCA qualified either from practice or real estate finance.
2. Happy to work in the London office 5 days a week 9am-5:30pm.
