Description

We're working with a venture capital firm with over $3 billion in AUM who is looking for a Finance Manager to join their Singapore office.

Job Scope:

• Prepare/ Oversee quarterly and annual financial reporting processes
• Prepare quarterly and annual valuation on portfolio companies
• Prepare/ Manage capital calls, distributions and calculation
• Maintain and monitor cash flow forecasting, cash positions and liquidity management.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders such as fund administrators, legal counsel, tax advisors and auditors
• Maintain and track the performance of portfolio companies
• Prepare quarterly and annual portfolios valuation
• Support regulatory reporting and filing. Assist on tax matters such as FATCA, CRS reporting.
• Other ad-hoc duties

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or relevant disciplines
• Professional qualification such as CPA, CA is a plus
• At least 6 years of experience in Private Equity/ Venture Capital
• Team player, good communication skills
