Key Functions:

• Fund Research & Due Diligence: Conduct research on external fund managers, analyze investment strategies, review fund performance, and assist with investment due diligence.
• Investment Monitoring: Track portfolio and fund performance, prepare investment reports, and monitor key portfolio metrics and market developments.
• Portfolio Construction Support: Assist with asset allocation reviews, manager selection exercises, and portfolio analytics across a diversified investment platform.
• Market Research: Analyze investment themes, economic trends, and market developments to support investment decision-making.
• Fund Operations: Support subscription, redemption, onboarding, reporting, and ongoing administration of external fund investments.
• Performance Analysis: Prepare portfolio performance reviews and contribute to investment committee materials and presentations.
• Data & Reporting: Organize investment data and produce reports to support portfolio management and investment oversight activities.

• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve investment workflows, reporting efficiency, and operational processes.

Your Profile

• Degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Accounting, Mathematics, or a related discipline.
• Strong academic track record preferred.
• Genuine interest in financial markets, investments, and portfolio management.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, self-driven, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable working both independently and within a team-based setting.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin would be advantageous.
• Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are encouraged to apply.
• Candidates with up to 2-3 years of experience in investment, finance, consulting, accounting, or related fields are also welcome.
