Key responsibilities:

As an Assistant Manager, you will support financial operations, reporting, controls, and process improvements.

• Support month-end close, reconciliations, variance analysis, and periodic financial reporting
• Assist in regulatory reporting and ensure compliance with Hong Kong requirements and internal governance standards
• Partner with front office and operations to provide financial insights on trading activities and business performance
• Monitor balance sheet positions and contribute to P&L analysis, including revenue and cost tracking
• Support audits, internal controls, and finance projects, while driving process and system improvements

Candidate profile:

To excel in this role, you bring finance experience, strong Excel skills, and a detail-oriented, collaborative mindset.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field with 2-3 years' experience in financial services, banking, securities, or audit
• Experience in financial control, product control, regulatory reporting, or audit is an advantage
• Familiarity with Hong Kong regulatory reporting frameworks is a plus
• CPA/ACCA qualified or in progress preferred
• Strong analytical, communication, and Excel skills; exposure to data tools or automation is an advantage
