Description

1. Review employee expense reimbursement claims in accordance with company policies, ensuring the authenticity, compliance, and completeness of supporting documentation, and effectively mitigating reimbursement risks.
2. Review or input accounting journal entries in SAP, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
3. Respond to inquiries related to expense reimbursement from global employees.
4. Prepare periodic expense reports for senior management decision-making.
5. Provide required reimbursement documentation and explanations to internal and external audit in a timely manner.
6. Optimize reimbursement processes by proposing improvements to enhance efficiency, simplify workflows, and strengthen risk controls.
7. Provide suggestions for improving the policy and support policy updates when required.
8. Support team knowledge sharing and capability building, providing guidance to new team members.

1. Bachelor or above degree of finance or related fields.
2. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a sizable company.
3. Accounting knowledge is a definite plus.
4. Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time efficiently.
5. Strong data analysis skills and with attention to details, a team player
6. Fluent in both spoken and written English
7. SAP knowledge is a definite advantage.
