Description
Position Summary
We are seeking a highly analytical and commercially driven Investment Analyst to support the evaluation, structuring, execution, and monitoring of investment opportunities across structured finance, private credit, infrastructure, real estate, and corporate transactions.
The ideal candidate will possess strong financial modelling skills, transaction analysis capability, and a solid understanding of debt and investment structures within GCC and international markets. The role offers significant exposure to investment execution, fund structures, banking relationships, and strategic transactions.
Key Responsibilities
Investment Analysis & Execution
Evaluate investment opportunities across structured finance, private equity, infrastructure, and alternative investments.
Build and maintain detailed financial models including DCF, IRR, sensitivity, scenario, and debt repayment models.
Conduct financial, commercial, and operational due diligence on target investments.
Prepare investment memoranda, presentations, and transaction summaries for senior management and investment committees.
Support transaction execution including coordination with banks, legal advisors, consultants, and counterparties.
Structured Finance & Debt Transactions
Assist in structuring debt facilities, acquisition financing, project finance, and refinancing transactions.
Support negotiations relating to financing terms, covenants, security packages, and transaction documentation.
Analyse capital structures, funding strategies, and liquidity requirements.
Monitor compliance with financing agreements and lender reporting obligations.
Evaluate fund structures, SPVs, and investment vehicles for new opportunities.
Portfolio Monitoring & Reporting
Monitor portfolio company performance against investment objectives and financial targets.
Prepare periodic investment performance reports and dashboards.
Track market developments, sector trends, and macroeconomic indicators relevant to investment activities.
Support valuation exercises and annual budgeting processes.
Stakeholder Management
Coordinate with internal finance, legal, and operations teams during transaction execution.
Engage with banks, investment firms, advisors, auditors, and external consultants.
Support investor presentations and strategic discussions with senior stakeholders.

Requirements
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related discipline.
CFA Charterholder or CFA Level III candidate preferred.
3–5 years of experience in:
Investment analysis
Structured finance
Corporate finance
Private equity
Investment banking or asset management
Experience in GCC/UAE markets preferred.
Exposure to debt structuring, investment transactions, or fund structures is highly desirable.
Technical Skills
Advanced financial modelling and valuation skills.
Strong understanding of:
Structured finance
Debt instruments
Investment analysis
Capital markets
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Knowledge of Power BI, Bloomberg, or financial databases is an advantage.
Strong analytical and presentation skills.
