Description

A listed company is seeking a treasury manager for its overseas business. Experience in global funding and FX management is essential.

Job Responsibilities

(1) Treasury & Cash/Liquidity Management

• Monitor and analyze interest rate risk and liquidity risk exposures.
• Oversee corporate cash management, including daily cash positioning and cash forecasting.

(2) Banking Facility Management& Corporate Financing

• Liaise with commercial banks and financial institutions to negotiate and review the banking facility agreement, financial covenants, ISDA contract, KYC related documents and loan agreements.
• Responsible for overseas debt financing including corporate bond, syndicated loans, trade financing, exchange rate risk management and debt risk management.
• Maintain bank account lifecycle (opening/closing, signatory updates) and authorization frameworks.
• Assist management in designing financing strategies and diversify funding sources. Optimize financing costs while assessing risk-return trade-offs in capital structure.

(3) Risk management

• Manage interest and forex rate risk of group's multiple currency exposure

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or above, majors in finance, economics, accounting, or related disciplines;
2. 6-10 years of treasury working experience;
3. Knowledge of financial instrument and treasury investment products;
4. Independent, stable and self-motivated;
5. Excellent communication skills, both in written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua).
