Description

Our client is a highly regarded, responsible investment-led asset manager with a strong long-term track record. They are looking for an experienced RFP professional to join their Market Development team on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

This role supports business growth and client retention through the delivery of high-quality RFPs, DDQs and client materials, alongside pitch and presentation content.

Key responsibilities:

1. Delivering high-quality, tailored RFP, DDQ and RFI responses within deadlines
2. Translating complex investment content into clear, engaging written materials
3. Producing and maintaining pitch books and standard documentation
4. Collaborating with investment, product, client service and sales teams to source accurate content
5. Managing multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment
6. Maintaining the RFP content library (e.g. Qvidian) and supporting database updates
7. Ensuring all materials are accurate, compliant and aligned with brand guidelines
8. Supporting ad hoc client and intermediary queries

Personal attributes:

1. Proven RFP/DDQ experience within asset management
2. Strong knowledge of investment products and asset classes
3. Experience with Qvidian or similar tools
4. Excellent written communication and attention to detail
5. Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills
6. Ability to manage multiple deadlines effectively
7. Proactive, collaborative and self-motivated
8. Advanced Microsoft Office skills
