This is an exceptional opportunity to join a dynamic Private Markets team with exposure to Private Equity and Private Credit investments across diverse sectors. As an Investment Analyst/Associate, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing, evaluating, and executing transactions that drive long-term value creation.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market research, industry analysis, and due diligence on potential investment opportunities.
• Build and maintain financial models to evaluate investment performance and returns.
• Prepare investment memos, presentations, and reports for internal committees and external stakeholders.
• Monitor portfolio companies, track performance metrics, and assist in value creation initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients and partners.
• Stay updated on private market trends, regulatory changes, and macroeconomic developments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field; CFA or MBA is a plus.
• Over 2 years of experience in private equity, investment banking, or asset management.
• Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
