Job Description
As a professional IR PR professional, your main responsibilities will include:
- Developing and executing comprehensive investor relations strategies to strengthen stakeholder engagement.
- Preparing and managing communication materials, including press releases, investor presentations, and financial reports.
- Maintaining relationships with key investors, analysts, and media representatives to enhance the company's visibility.
- Supporting senior management in delivering consistent messaging to the market and investors.
- Monitoring market trends and competitor activities to provide actionable insights.
- Organizing investor events, roadshows, and conferences to showcase the company's value proposition.
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements in all investor and public relations activities.
- Collaborating with internal teams to align communication strategies with business objectives.
- Proven track records of fund raising from family offices and UHNWI preferred
- Degree holder in Finance, Marketing, Business Administration or related disciplines
- At least 15 years' relevant experience in investor relations, fund raising and/or innovative/alternative investment products in PE firms
- Strong established connections with European, Middle East, Greater China and/or Asia family offices and UHNWI
- Knowledge in PE Funds, Real Estate Funds, Structured Finance, Hedge Funds strategies
- and products
- Brand building in public relations and deep knowledge in media management
