Our client is a dynamic venture capital and private equity firm dedicated to investing in companies in diverse sectors, including but not limited to technology, AI, health tech, fintech, smart city solutions and sustainability. They are currently seeking a high caliber candidate to join their team to focus on post investment monitoring / portfolio management for their funds.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with senior management teams of portfolio companies to provide advice on strategy, capital structure, budgeting, corporate restructuring, and acquisitions.
• Deliver detailed analytics on exit strategies for portfolio companies, focusing on current and future key performance metrics.
• Responsible for the valuation of all private investments in accordance with guidelines and led the valuation audit of existing portfolio companies in collaboration with auditors.
• Addressed inquiries regarding the valuation and status updates of existing portfolio investments.

To be considered, you should have a Bachelor or Master Degreein Finance, Economics, Accounting or related field with 8-10 years of relevant work experience in private equity, investment banking, corporate finance, or management consulting. You should have strong written and verbal communication skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
