About our client

Our client is a leading investment fund based in Abu Dhabi with a growing global private equity platform. The organisation is well capitalised and invests across developed and emerging markets through a diversified strategy including both co-investments and fund commitments.

The private equity team is composed of high-calibre investors with experience from leading global institutions and operates in a collaborative, international environment. With a strong pipeline of opportunities and a nimble investment process, the team is actively deploying capital across a wide range of sectors and geographies.

They are now seeking a Senior Investment Professional to join the team and play a key role in the sourcing, execution, and management of private equity investments. What the job involves

• Leading the evaluation and execution of private equity investments across co-investments and fund investments
• Sourcing and assessing investment opportunities across global markets
• Conducting financial analysis, valuation work, and commercial due diligence
• Leading transaction processes and coordinating with advisors and investment partners
• Preparing investment committee materials and presenting investment opportunities internally
• Managing relationships with external managers, sponsors, and partners
• Monitoring portfolio companies and fund investments
• Contributing to the development and expansion of the firm's global private equity portfolio

Who we are looking for

• Senior investment professionals with experience in direct private equity investing
• Must have experience of leading multiple private equity direct / co-investments in North America / Europe
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Willingness to be based in Abu Dhabi
• Candidates should have a strong academic background from a leading university in finance, economics, business, or a related discipline
• Low ego, team-player
