Your new companyYou will be joining a respected Single Family Office (AUM ~USD$4b) that is strengthening its investment capabilities as the organisation continues to grow. The firm offers a stable and well-structured environment where investment professionals can contribute meaningfully to long-term portfolio outcomes.
Your new role
As the Investment Asset Allocation Manager , you will take the lead in shaping both tactical and strategic allocation decisions across public and private markets. You will develop forward-looking macro views, build and refine quantitative and qualitative models and translate economic signals into actionable recommendations for the CIO. Your remit covers a wide range of asset classes-equities, fixed income, private equity, private credit, real estate and hedge funds-giving you meaningful influence over portfolio positioning. You will generate short-term tactical ideas to enhance absolute returns while ensuring alignment with broader strategic parameters, participate in the annual asset allocation review and support efficient portfolio management through derivatives and FX hedging strategies. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys rigorous research, thrives in a data-driven environment and wants to play a central role in guiding investment direction within a collaborative, high-trust setting.
What you'll need to succeed
In order for you to succeed in this position, you will have:
- Bachelor's or Master's or PhD degree in a quantitative field; CFA preferred
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in multi-asset allocation or similar quantitative field
- Strong quantitative skills with hands-on modelling experience
- Broad exposure to equities, fixed income and alternative investments
- Strong proficiency in Excel (VBA and Macros) and Python or R (coding intermediate)
