ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Portfolio

• Define portfolio roles and responsibilities, propose and align portfolio strategies based on consumer insights, and drive the entire organization towards aligned strategic priorities.
• Take lead in portfolio sufficiency to deliver business goals
• Identify gaps & opportunities for portfolio and propose & implement optimization / maximization

• Innovation & New launches

• Lead innovations and launches. Plan the entire 360 launch plot across touchpoints in line with business priorities and agreed brand strategies. Develop and deploy communication to deliver brand/product message to drive business growth.

• Consumer Value Management

• Dig in consumer data to understand our consumer lifecycle and key drivers and barriers of the brand / category. Adapt consumer insights including segmentation, needs & barriers, key brand challenges, into our planning
• Work closely with consumer experience team so that our campaigns and launches are incorporated with key inflection points of our consumer journey

• Trade

• Lead and plan/deploy Brand and Product communication to drive impact in various channels working closely with commercial operations
• Participate in channel strategy development as key stakeholder

• Budget management & Marketing efficiency

• Plan & implement all agreed plan within budget and optimize spending for better performance
• Performance management with full analysis on key campaigns / launches.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Bachelor's degree from university or above
• Min 9-10 years' experience in Marketing and Category management and working closely around Brand Strategy
• Experience in multinational company
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Strong competency in Communication, influence in stakeholder management and advanced analytics & planning.
