Job Description

As an IPO Accounting Manager, your main responsibilities will include:

• Supporting IPO-related processes and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Preparing and reviewing financial statements and reports for accuracy and completeness.
• Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate successful IPO launches.
• Providing technical advice on accounting standards and their application to projects.
• Conducting financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and regulatory changes.
• Contributing to process improvement initiatives within the accounting and finance department.
• Ensuring timely and accurate completion of assigned tasks and deliverables.

The Successful Applicant

A successful candidate should have:

• A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Professional qualifications such as CPA or ACCA is a must
• Big 4 is a must with 7 years of experience
• Strong technical knowledge of accounting standards and IPO processes.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Strong communication skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
• A proactive and detail-oriented approach to work.
