What the job involves

• Originate, evaluate, and execute new investment opportunities, supporting the end-to-end transaction process
• Contribute to the strategic development and growth of portfolio companies, including platform-building initiatives
• Support long-term portfolio management, focusing on value creation and operational improvements

Who we are looking for

• Two to five years of experience in private equity, investment banking, or real estate (generalist or real estate-focused teams) or senior investment manager with 5+ years of experience
• Excellent commercial judgment and comfort operating close to assets and management teams
• Strong sense of ownership and commitment to a long-term role in a flexible, highly entrepreneurial environment
• Fluent in German
