Description

We are currently working with a private investment firm focused on backing high-growth businesses, with particular emphasis on sectors related to real estate.

They are looking for an Analyst to join their growing team in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the team in sourcing, evaluating, and executing investment opportunities.
• Conduct financial modelling, valuation, and due diligence for potential deals.
• Assist in portfolio management and ongoing strategic initiatives for invested companies.
• Work closely with senior leadership including the CEO and partners on deal structuring, analysis, and presentations.

Qualifications:

• At least 1-3 years of prior working experience in investment banking, private equity, or other relevant advisory/buy-side roles.
• Prior exposure to international working or academic environments preferred.
• Strong financial modelling, analytical, and communication (especially English writing) skills.
• Highly motivated, adaptable, and open to working in a flat, collaborative environment.
