The Opportunity
You will deliver highquality, Financial Advice to an existing client base, while also welcoming new relationships as our business continues to expand. This isn’t just advice; it’s being part of the engine room of a national specialist network, working closely with investment teams, lending experts and fellow Advisors to deliver truly integrated outcomes.
You will be their trusted partner:
- helping clients clarify aspirations
- crafting thoughtful strategies
- implementing advice with precision
- reviewing and refining their plan as life evolves
You will be supported by a strong local team and national specialists across investments and lending, allowing you to focus on what you do best — advice and relationships.
What You Will Do
- Provide holistic, personalised financial advice across superannuation, investments, wealth creation, retirement planning, insurance and estate considerations
- Maintain strong, ongoing relationships through regular meetings, proactive communication and strategic reviews
- Identify opportunities to enhance client outcomes using Viridian’s lending, investment management and digital solutions
- Build new client relationships through referrals, networking and natural business development
- Stay current with market trends, product knowledge and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with accountants, solicitors and mortgage brokers to deliver integrated, highquality advice

Requirements
Qualifications & Experience
- 3–5 years’ experience as a Financial Advisor
- Full FASEA compliance
- Strong understanding of legislative and regulatory requirements
- Experience with Xplan (ideal) and strong Microsoft Office skills
- Excellent communication and relationshipmanagement abilities
- Comfortable working autonomously while supported by a collaborative team
- Integrity, professionalism and a genuine clientfirst mindset
