Finance Manager

The Opportunity
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced finance professional to step into a senior leadership role within a well-established, purpose-led organisation. This position offers the chance to work closely with the executive team, driving financial performance, strengthening controls, and supporting strategic decision-making across a multi-entity environment.

This is a high-impact role suited to someone who enjoys balancing hands-on financial leadership with broader commercial and operational involvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the finance function, ensuring accurate and timely reporting
• Deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting and insights
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow processes
• Strengthen financial controls, governance, and compliance frameworks
• Partner with senior stakeholders to support strategic and operational decisions
• Drive process improvement and systems enhancement initiatives
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team

About You

• CA/CPA qualified with a strong technical foundation
• Proven experience in a senior finance leadership role
• Background in complex or multi-entity environments
• Commercially minded with the ability to influence at executive level
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Comfortable operating in a dynamic, evolving organisation
