We are partnering with a top-performing global hedge fund to hire a Finance Manager to take ownership of their Hong Kong finance function. This is a standout opportunity to join a high-calibre team within a fund known for its exceptional performance, strong culture, and continued global growth.

The role offers broad exposure across management accounting, audit and regulatory reporting, alongside oversight of key fund accounting processes. You will take ownership of the monthly and quarterly close, delivering insightful analysis and partnering closely with senior stakeholders, while also leading the year-end audit process and managing Hong Kong regulatory reporting requirements. Despite being a standalone role locally, you will be supported by their strong global finance infrastructure, including a well-established offshore team handling much of the transactional and granular work. This allows the position to focus on higher-value activities, oversight, review, and commercial insight. You will also gain exposure to fund accounting, including NAV oversight and interaction with leading external administrators.

We are looking for a qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CPA or equivalent) with a background in financial services, ideally within hedge funds or asset management. The successful candidate will be confident operating autonomously (covering management accounting and FRR filings) and engaging with senior stakeholders globally.
