We are seeking a highly adaptable and experienced Finance Manager to support our expanding international operations. This role demands frequent overseas stationing and extensive global travel to various regional offices. The successful candidate will work closely with the Group CEO, taking ownership of financial operations, governance, and strategic initiatives across multiple jurisdictions.
Financial Management & Reporting

• Oversee full-spectrum finance functions including budgeting, forecasting, treasury and cash flow management.
• Prepare timely and accurate consolidated financial reports for the Group CEO.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and statutory requirements in each operating region.

Strategic Finance & Business Support

• Serve as a key financial advisor to the Group CEO on business performance, investments, and expansion strategies.
• Provide in-depth financial analysis and insights to support operational and commercial decision-making.
• Partner with regional management teams to drive process improvements and cost efficiencies.

Governance, Controls & Compliance

• Strengthen and implement internal control frameworks across multiple countries.
• Manage audits, tax matters, banking relationships, and external stakeholder engagement.
• Ensure financial consistency and alignment of regional operations with group standards.

Global Mobility & Stationing Requirements

• Frequent overseas stationing is required based on business needs.
• Support on-site finance operations, due diligence, and integration of new offices or projects.
• Act as the finance lead in different regions to monitor, streamline, and enhance local practices.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant fields; CPA/ACCA/CFA preferred.
• 6-8 years' experience in relevant field
• Fluent Chinese required
• Highly adaptable, culturally agile, and comfortable with fast-changing environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to travel frequently and station overseas for extended periods.
• High degree of integrity, discretion, and professionalism.
