Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.
• Develop and maintain financial policies and procedures.
• Produce timely management reports and performance metrics for decision-making.
• Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement budgets and forecasts.
• Oversee relationships with external vendors, ensuring timely payment and adherence to contracts.
• Negotiate terms and monitor the performance of service providers.
• Coordinate and assist external auditors during the annual audit process.
• Provide necessary financial data and explanations as required.
• Supervise and mentor a team of finance and accounting staff.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the finance department.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of financial management experience, preferably within a family office or private wealth environment.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and reporting standards.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to work collaboratively.
