The Company

We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead financial reporting and drive system implementation initiatives across our logistics operations. This role will ensure timely, accurate financial information, strengthen internal controls, and deliver improvements through financial system projects.

The Role

• Prepare, review, and deliver accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards (GAAP/IFRS).
• Lead the month-end close process, including journal entries, reconciliations, intercompany eliminations, and variance analysis.
• Produce management reporting and dashboards to support operational and executive decision-making (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, KPI reporting).
• Coordinate and own financial forecasting, budgeting, and rolling forecasts; provide scenario analysis and commentary.
• Implement, configure, and optimize financial systems and modules.
• Partner with IT and external consultants to define requirements, lead user acceptance testing (UAT), and ensure successful deployment of system upgrades or new financial modules.

Your Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA, CMA, or equivalent preferred.
• 7+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience; experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain industries highly desirable.
• Proven experience leading financial system implementations (e.g., Cargowise, Sun system).
• Strong technical skills in financial reporting tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau) and accounting systems.
• Deep knowledge of accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS), month-end close, consolidation, intercompany accounting, and fixed asset/inventory accounting.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills; ability to translate technical requirements for non-finance audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to manage projects, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience supervising or mentoring junior staff.
• Immediate availability is highly preferred
