Role Summary

Key Responsibilities

• • Perform month-end closing including journals, reconciliations, and reporting
  • Calculate and review front-office payouts
  • Conduct budget vs actual analysis and prepare management reports
  • Review daily bank reconciliations
  • Prepare annual financial statements
  • Assist with tax, regulatory reporting, and audits
  • Partner with management, HR, and business teams to provide financial insights
  • Support process and system improvements
  • Supervise one part-time staff member
  • Manage local finance reporting

Compliance & Risk

• • Ensure compliance with Regulator's regulations and internal policies
  • Follow operational risk frameworks and escalate any risk events or policy breaches
  • Maintain high standards of integrity and governance

Requirements

• • Bachelor's degree with CA/CPA/CGMA (or equivalent)
  • Minimum 8 - 10 years of relevant finance experience
  • Experience in financial services and regulated environments preferred
  • Strong Excel, PowerPoint, and analytical skills
  • Experience with PeopleSoft is a plus
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
