Description

We are seeking a CFA-qualified (or CFA Program candidate) Investment Analyst to support portfolio management and investment decision-making across public and/or private markets. The role involves rigorous financial analysis, valuation, research, and ongoing portfolio monitoring to support long-term, risk-adjusted returns.

Key Responsibilities

Investment Research & Analysis

• • Conduct fundamental analysis of equities, fixed income, and/or alternative investments
  • Build and maintain detailed financial models (DCF, comparable analysis, scenario analysis)
  • Prepare investment memoranda with clear recommendations and risk assessments
  • Monitor macroeconomic, sector, and company-specific developments

Portfolio Support

• • Assist with portfolio construction, asset allocation, and rebalancing analysis
  • Track portfolio performance, attribution, and risk metrics
  • Support investment committee materials and reporting

Due Diligence

• • Perform quantitative and qualitative due diligence on new investment opportunities
  • Analyze financial statements, cash flows, capital structures, and management quality
  • Engage with company management, external managers, and research providers

Reporting & Communication

• • Prepare client- or internal-facing reports, presentations, and commentary
  • Clearly communicate investment insights to senior stakeholders
  • Maintain research databases and documentation to institutional standards

Required Qualifications

Education & Credentials

• • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field
  • CFA Charterholder or CFA Level II/III candidate strongly preferred

Technical Skills

• • Strong financial modeling and valuation skills
  • Deep understanding of financial statements and accounting principles
  • Proficiency in Excel; experience with Bloomberg, FactSet, or similar tools preferred

Experience

• • 2-5 years of experience in investment analysis, asset management, equity research, or related roles
  • Experience in public markets, private equity, credit, or multi-asset portfolios is advantageous
