- Calltime Manager/Finance Assistant
Description
Mannion for NY is seeking a Calltime Manager/Finance Assistant to join our finance team for Rep. Mannion’s first reelection campaign in a highly competitive Frontline district in Central New York and the Mohawk Valley. Strong fundraising will be essential to winning this race, and this role will play a key part in supporting the campaign’s Calltime program and overall finance operation. The ideal candidate is passionate, detail-oriented, and eager to adapt in a fast-paced environment within a tight-knit team.
The Calltime Manager/Finance Assistant will work closely with the Finance Director on all aspects of the Calltime operation and other parts of the finance team. This position is ideal for a young professional, and the ideal candidate will have at least one cycle of finance experience on a political campaign, or committee - direct experience with Calltime is preferred.

Requirements
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Build out existing Calltime and donor targeting programs to hit monthly and quarterly goals.
- Staff candidate in Calltime and form a deep understanding of donor relationships.
- Create call lists and lead research on prospective new donors.
- Execute follow up, pledge chasing, and acknowledgement correspondence for Calltime targets.
- Oversee data management systems and record keeping - ensuring accurate and timely updates of all contacts.
- Work with the Finance Director to create accurate Calltime projections.
- Assist with other finance related tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Previous campaign finance or Calltime experience preferred.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills; comfortable engaging donors at all levels.
- Collaborative, flexible, and willing to try new approaches.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail.
- Experience working with NGP, as well as Google Sheets or Excel.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Ability to work long and irregular hours, including nights and weekends.
- Connections to NY-22 preferred.
- A valid driver’s license and reliable motor vehicle.
