We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Seasoned Unlisted Shares Expert to join our dynamic team. In this critical role, you will play a key part in identifying and evaluating investment opportunities in the unlisted equity market.

Requirements

1.Conduct in-depth research and analysis of unlisted companies, including financial statements, industry trends, and competitive landscape.

2.Analyze market trends, identify price discrepancies, and negotiate optimal pricing for both buy and sell orders. actively engage with a network of unlisted stock dealers and brokers.

3.Develop and refine valuation models for unlisted companies, utilizing various methodologies such as discounted cash flow, comparable company analysis, and precedent transactions.

4.Stay abreast of market trends, regulatory changes, and industry best practices related to unlisted shares trading.

5.Ensure smooth and compliant execution of all unlisted stock transactions. Coordinate with legal and compliance departments to ensure all transactions are in full compliance.

6.Contribute to the development and refinement of investment strategies and portfolio management processes.
