Main tasks

Oversee and manage the accounting of Alternative Investment Funds

Calculate and review NAV (Net Asset Value)

Manage capital calls, distributions, and waterfall calculations

Monitor investment and divestment transactions

Prepare periodic reporting for investors and senior management

Support the preparation of the Funds' annual financial statements

Liaise with depositaries, auditors, tax advisors, and legal consultants

Monitor regulatory and compliance requirements

Work experience and educational background requirements

A bachelor's or master's degree in economics, finance, or related fields

3-4 years of experience in Funds' administration, asset management, audit firms or depositary banks

Strong knowledge of alternative investment funds and related structures

Familiarity with IFSR and/or local GAAP

Advanced Excel skills

Good command of English (written and spoken)

Knowledge of the Italian language (appreciated)
